A rare vintage 1940s black and white photocard (5" x 3.25") showing Matthews promoting CWS football boots ("Compliments and Best Wishes for a successful season to all wearers of CWS Football Boots - STANLEY MATTHEWS"). Matthews has added a good signature in blue fountain pen ink to the lower image. Fellow Blackpool Football Club player, Eddie Shimwell (1920-1988) has also signed in blue ink.
Laid to a contemporary album page, there's a second Stanley Matthews signature in ink to the reverse.

The reproduction has been laid to cream artcard measuring 11" x 8.5" and McBean has signed the board in black ink to the bottom left ("Angus McBean, London '38") and inscribed the board to the right ("For John R.McKay, '88").

London-born striptease dancer, prostitute and key figure in the Profumo Scandal.
An amazingly rare survival, coming from the collection of an avid collector of autographs and photographs of Windmill dancers and other striptease artists of the 1960s. It is a black and white photograph (a little less than 8" x 6") of Novotny at her most sensational, in boots, tights and a basque. Interestingly, it is signed across the image in ink as Mariella Capes, backing up Christine Keeler's claim that this was her real name.

A remarkable two page typed article ("Moon Car") by Hermann Oberth, a pioneer of modern rocketry and regarded as the Father of Space Travel, signed by Oberth to the top of the first page in black ink in 1971 and signed additionally by James Irwin, Lunar Module Pilot for Apollo 15 and the 8th man to walk on the Moon.
