Carry On Columbus,   (1992)
Carry On Columbus, Carry On Columbus was the very last shot in the barrel for the Carry On franchise, made in 1992 to coincide with the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus' discovery of the Americas. It came 14 years after Carry On Emmannuelle. The greats of Carry On had long since died or, like Joan Sims and Barbara Windsor, refused to take part. Director Gerald Thomas died the year after the film was released.
To promote the film, the studio added to the press pack an 11.5" x 8.25" sheet that had been authentically signed in ink by 9 members of the cast -
Jim Dale, Bernard Cribbins, Leslie Phillips, June Whitfield, Maureen Lipman, Sarah Crowe, Richard Wilson Julian Clary and Nigel Planer.
This is one of those signed sheets and is a rare survival
