Fine British actor, fondly remembered for his appearances in two classic Errol Flynn films, The Charge of the Light Brigade (1936) and The Adventures of Robin Hood  (1938, playing Will Scarlett). 
A fine vintage 5" x 7" sepia photograph, signed in blue ink to a clear area of the image in the year of The Charge of the Light Brigade (Knowles has added the year, 1936).
